After years of working as a teacher, both in Early Years and Special Needs settings, Kirstine Beeley set up Early Ideas to provide training packages specifically for Early Years professionals. She feels strongly that to create enthusiasm for play based learning, training must itself be fun and creative
At Early Ideas we aim to present exciting , innovative and practical packages which will inspire and instill enthusiasm in to those involved.

Experience has shown us that many teachers and nursery staff are frustrated by courses which cannot be implimented immediately due to a lack of funding or resources. All Early Ideas packages include resources to give you the head start you need and hence help to harness enthusiasm whilst at its peak.

It is our belief that training should also, wherever possible, be an interactive experience where best practice is explored . With this in mind we aim to make time in all of our sessions for discussion and the sharing of ideas.
