Welcome to Early Ideas - Innovative Training Solutions for Early Years Professionals.
After years of working as a teacher, both in Early Years and Special Needs settings, Kirstine Beeley set up Early Ideas to provide training packages specifically for Early Years professionals. She feels strongly that to create enthusiasm for play based learning, training must itself be fun and creative. The creator of the Empathy Dolls Approach to developing emotional awareness in early years settings, Kirstine works closely with local authorities, schools, nurseries, children's centres and childminders across England and Wales."
A Different Approach to Early Years Training
At Early Ideas we aim to present exciting, innovative and practical packages
which will inspire and instill enthusiasm in to those involved.It is our
belief that training should also, wherever possible, be an interactive
experience where best practice is explored . With this in mind we aim
to make time in all of our sessions for discussion and the sharing of
ideas.
Free Resources with All Courses
Experience has shown us that many teachers, nursery staff and childminders
are frustrated by courses which cannot be implimented immediately due
to a lack of funding or resources. All Early Ideas packages include resources
to give you the head start you need and hence help to harness enthusiasm
whilst at its peak.
Who Will Benefit from Early Ideas Training?
All workshops and courses have been designed to support anyone working
in Early Years Settings including teaching and nursery staff, childminders
and support workers.
How Many People Can Attend?
We run a number of “open” sessions around the UK, where individual places
can be booked, dependent upon availability ( details of dates can be found
on our website). For other packages minimum and maximum places apply.
